A) Processing of Personal Data When Using the Contact Form
 
  • If you inquire about our products, we will process your contact information that you provide, mainly through the inquiry form. This includes: first and last name and email.
     
  • Why?
  • We use this information to contact you for further arrangements regarding the products.
 
  • On what legal basis?
  • This processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – for the performance of a contract, or taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.
 
  • How long will we process personal data?
  • If no further cooperation occurs, we will process your data for a maximum of 10 years from our last communication.
 
B) Processing of Personal Data When Making a Purchase
 
  • If you make a purchase with us, we will process the data you provide, mainly billing details: first name, last name, address, email, and phone number.
 
  • Why?
  • We need to process personal data to fulfill our contract – to deliver the goods to you.
  • We will also use your contact information to communicate with you regarding the status of your order, complaints, or any questions.
  • We will further process personal data to meet our legal obligations (mainly accounting, tax purposes, and handling complaints).
 
  • On what legal basis do we process personal data?
  • This processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract, and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – fulfillment of our legal obligations.
 
  • How long will we process personal data?
  • For the duration of providing our service and then for 10 years from the last provision of such service or delivery of goods.
 
 
C) Newsletters (Commercial Communications)
 
  • If you are a purchasing customer and did not opt out during your purchase, we will use your email address to send our newsletters.

  • This is allowed under § 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, if you did not opt out during your purchase.

  • 10 years from your last purchase.

II. Who Has Access to the Data?
 
  • Your data will remain with us.
  • However, some companies or other individuals work for us who may access the data because they help us operate our e-shop. They include:
  • the operator of the e-shop platform Shoptet (Shoptet a.s., registered office at Dvořeckého 628/8, Břevnov, 169 00, Prague 6, ID 289 35 675, registered with the Municipal Court in Prague, section B, insert 25 395),
  • companies involved in shipping goods (zasilkovna.cz),
  • companies involved in company accounting (uctujeme.cz).
  • Your personal data may also be shared with the following entities: (google.com, seznam.cz, heureka.cz, heureka.sk).
  • Personal data is processed only within the European Union.
